Jared Mrozinske

My passion lies in true connectivity. To me, a perfect day is spent creating, building, and connecting with interesting people and dynamic colleagues, and it ends with a walk around my neighborhood with the loves of my life: my beautiful wife Jenna, my sons Jett and Jack, and my dog Eric.

I am a career connector, relationship-builder, and entrepreneur. The power of my liberal arts education has been palpable throughout my career. When I graduated, I didn’t have a clear idea of the job I wanted, but I knew the impact I wanted to have. My liberal arts education taught me how to learn, think differently, communicate effectively, and articulate my thoughts and ideas clearly. Given that foundation, I’ve been effective in many different roles. I have worked in higher education fundraising and career development, F500 and startup consulting, and have held two sales and business development director roles at high-growth startups. I have been able to adapt and be successful every step of the way.

I have been blessed to meet and work with some of the most interesting and talented people in the world, from friends and family to executives at Fortune 500 companies and incredibly talented college students who will be the future game-changers of the world. In every role I have held, I have found that success equals the people I meet plus what we create together.
