Faculty Panel Looks at Obama Administration Performance

Faculty from the College of Arts and Letters will be featured in a plenary session to discuss the first and future days of the Obama Administration. The event, titled “The First 100 Days: What’s Next,” is part of the Notre Dame Perspectives Reunion Series and will take place on Friday, June 5, from 10 ? 11:30 a.m. in Washington Hall as one of the activities planned for the Alumni Association’s reunion weekend.

Matt Storin (‘64), ?adjunct professor of American Studies and the John W. Gallivan Program in Journalism, Ethics, and Democracy, will moderate the session. Panelists include R. Scott Appleby (’78), professor of history and director of the Joan B. Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies; Gregory Crawford, dean of the College of Science and professor of physics; Christina Wolbrecht, associate professor of political science; and Mark Shields (’59), nationally renowned columnist and commentator.
