Andrea Post

Andrea Post serves as the Executive Director of Finance and Administration for the College of Arts and Letters. In this primary staff leadership role, she oversees all financial and administrative operations, ensuring the College’s long-term financial health, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource allocation. Reporting directly to the Dean, Andrea works closely with College leadership to drive strategic management, budgeting, human resources, and long-range planning and analysis.

With a focus on fostering a high-performing organizational culture, Andrea directs staffing structures, recruitment, and professional development while providing second-level review for all staff performance. A highly collaborative leader, she bridges the gap between internal College stakeholders, including department chairs, associate deans, and center director, and key University divisions such as the Provost’s Office, Human Resources, General Counsel, Development, and the Finance Division.
