Winter Session Professional Development Opportunities: Showcase

Career Development staff members are available everyday while the University's offices are open to support students. In particular, we have created four weeks of special programs to keep students engaged with their career development over Winter Session (December 7-11, December 14-18, January 11-15, and January 18-22). January events and details will be added at a later date. Registration for all sessions begins Monday,  November 23.

The themed focus of offerings for each day of the week is listed below.

Deep Dives

Focus on career exploration and gain understanding into an industry through live panel discussions, company and industry insights, and alumni interaction.

Afternoon Exploration of DC Government, Policy & Government-Consulting Careers | Thursday, December 10, 1:00-6:00pm
Explore three major DC career areas through alumni working on Capitol Hill, in Government Consulting, and in Policy and Think Tanks. Then casually meet and talk with a number of DC Alumni in a variety of careers and DC organizations.

Are you passionate about sustainability and curious about how to channel your passion into a career? Join us for an informative panel of alums and employers in the environmental field. This is the first session out of two for the sustainability career panels.

Ever wondered what case interviews are? Why do consulting firms like them? How can you prepare and how do you pass? Join a workshop offered by Notre Dame Consulting Club and learn about case interviews. Open to both undergraduate and graduate students.
