Arts & Letters Diploma Ceremony
Congratulations to the Class of 2023!
Arts and Letters students and their families are invited to attend the College of Arts and Letters’ 2023 Diploma Ceremony on Sunday, May 21.
The conferral of degrees will take place during the University Commencement Ceremony exercises Sunday morning, but students will receive their diploma covers during the College of Arts and Letters Diploma Ceremony.
Dean Sarah Mustillo, I.A. O’Shaughnessy Dean of the College of Arts and Letters, will preside over the ceremony.

Joyce Center – Purcell Pavilion
12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Pick up cards for the diploma ceremony at Gate 10 Purcell Pavilion
1:00 p.m.
Begin line up for diploma ceremony- Must be in line no later than 1:15 PM
1:25 p.m.
Faculty line up in full academic regalia at Gate 8 of the Purcell Pavilion
1:30 p.m.
Faculty process into the Purcell Pavilion
1:35 p.m.
Students process to Purcell Pavilion
2:00 p.m.
Arts and Letters Diploma Ceremony begins
4:00 p.m.
Ceremony concludes
