Join the Medieval Institute for its nineteenth annual Mellon Colloquium, a half-day public seminar discussion with the institute's 2019–20 Mellon Fellow, Prof. Michael Heil, on his book-in-progress. Michael Heil is Assistant Professor of History at The University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and during his year at the Medieval Institute he will be completing his book manuscript, Clerics, Courts, and Legal Culture in Early Medieval Italy. Heil received his Ph.D. in 2013 from Columbia University. 

This event is the rescheduled spring workshop, which was postponed as part of Notre Dame's response to coronavirus.
