The Earth is our common home where we live in relationship with one another, the natural world, and God. We are not separated from the natural world but are integral participants in our ecosystems. To address the social and ecological crises of our day, Pope Francis has called for a​ ​"broader vision of reality" that demands an​ ​"integral ecology."​ ​In this six-part lecture series, we will explore how to live out this vision within the Great Lakes watershed.

Terrence P. Ehrman, C.S.C. is the Assistant Director – Life Sciences Research and Outreach at the Center for Theology, Science and Human Flourishing. With training in aquatic ecology and systematic theology, Fr. Terry​'​s research examines the​ ​"ecotone",​ ​or boundary, between science and theology.
