The Gender Studies Program is pleased to announce that Patricia Hill Collins, Distinguished University Professor and Wilson Elkins Professor of Sociology at the University of Maryland, College Park, will be delivering the keynote address at our fourth biennial international conference, "Intersectional Inquiries and Collaborative Action: Gender and Race".
The lecture is free and open to the public. It is supported by the Provost’s Distinguished Women Lecturers Program and the Institute for Scholarship in the Liberal Arts.
