Non-Catholic in a Catholic World: Making Sense of Catholic Practices

-

Location: Hammes Student Lounge, 101 Coleman-Morse Center

Father Don LaSalle and Campus Ministry staff will give a brief presentation and then lead a Q&A to help non-Catholic first-year students understand things like:

What’s happening during dorm Mass? Why do Catholic churches have statues? Why do non-Catholics take theology at Notre Dame?

This is not intended to be evangelization, but rather an explanation of some Catholic practices that may be unfamiliar to people newly exposed to the faith.
