About the Presenters

Angélica Ortiz, is the academic director of UPAEP Languages B.A. on Languages, Teaching and Cultural Diversity. B.A. in Modern Languages (BUAP), M.A. in TESL (BUAP), and Specialist in ELE (UNAM). Professor, online facilitator, editor, academic reader, and translator of an international magazine and national Expo-Ciencias, CIEES, and CONCYTEP evaluator, and researcher in the fields of TESOL and ELE

Rafael Márquez Flores, is a full time professor at UPAEP Languages B.A. on Languages, Teaching and Cultural Diversity. B.A. in Modern Languages and M.A. in Technology in Education. Professor, and online facilitator of the Self-Access Center (BUAP), COIL creator and promoter with international universities, member of EDUCAL, and researcher in the fields of TESOL and COIL.
