Girls Who Invest encourages sophomores of all majors to explore a career in finance through:
- A 4-week intensive academic program led by elite academics and industry experts at the University of Pennsylvania, University of Notre Dame, and other notable campuses
- A 6-week paid internship at a prestigious investment management firm working directly with investment teams
- Field trips to Bloomberg, investment firms, and company site visits
- Technical and soft skills training, mentoring, and a strong community
