As part of the Young Scholars Symposium, Distinguished Visiting Professor, José E. Limón, Professor of American Literature Emeritus at Notre Dame and University of Texas’ Mody C. Boatright regents Professor of American Literature Emeritus, will present this lecture. José E. Limón will discuss the life and work of San Antonio, Texas artist, Jesse Treviño, and their relationship to this tri-fold definition and to the increasingly socially diverse world of Mexican America.
