Panelists will lead a discussion on national security. Those included in the discussion are Lt. General Charles Cleveland (U.S. Army ret.), former commander, U.S. Army Special Operations, Michael Desch, Director of the Notre Dame International Security Center, Sara Sievers, Associate Dean for Policy and Practice at the Keough School of Global Affairs, and David Cortright, Director of Policy Studies at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies.
