In conjunction with the Center for Social Concern's annual theme, Challenge of Peace, they welcome David A. Kelly, C.PP.S., Catholic priest of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood. Fr. Kelly has been involved with detention/jail ministry since 1977 and has worked for Kolbe House at Assumption, a parish-based jail ministry of the Archdiocese of Chicago since 1985. He is also the executive director of Precious Blood Ministry of Reconciliation (PBMR), a Community Restorative Justice Hub.
