Donald R. McClure is an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the School of Education at St. John’s University in New York City.  McClure’s research interests span the areas of social studies education and international education.  He explores how culturally and ethnically diverse students make sense of citizenship, national identity, and national belonging.
