Peter Henriot, S.J. will speak on the peace movements in Africa. The 1972 quote of Pope Paul VI, "If you want peace, work for justice," is more true than ever as we face the task of "Living the Challenge of Peace."  This is especially relevant in speaking about Africa and the peace and justice responses necessary in the near future.”

Henriot has a Master’s degree in theology from the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University, a Master’s degree in Philosophy from St. Louis University, a PhD in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and a post-doctoral research year at Harvard University.
