Notre Dame International Security Center welcomes Carla Norrlof, Associate Professor of Political Science from the University of Toronto.
NDISC explores the major scholarly and policy debates in the field of international security, broadly defined. Within the Speaker Seminar series prominent scholars are invited to speak on a wide range of international security related topics.
