William Rosato, team leader, Libya Investigation Team, International Criminal Court (ICC)
Rosato will present his observations on the interconnected nature of the persons on trial at the ICC, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, and the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia, as well as the network of facilitators that provide them with the necessary inputs to operate.
