lntercultural competence is the ability to function effectively across cultures, to think and act appropriately, and to communicate and work with people from different cultural backgrounds – at home or abroad. In this presentation, Professor Aski and her colleague April Weintritt will talk to us about their longitudinal study on intercultural competence at the Ohio State University. They will also show us some examples of students' reflections and how they were assessed.
