Location: via Zoom

If we have learned nothing else, organizations now understand that they must find ways to build resilience in their employees and their organization. The ability to adapt quickly is a key success driver in today’s environment of unprecedented change. A key skill is the ability to think differently and to be more proactive in looking ahead at potential disruptions. Without this ability to think differently and prepare differently, organizations risk being victims over and over again to the disruptions caused by “unforeseen” events. Being able to prepare for multiple potential futures is key to your organization’s success.

Our panel of experts will propose new ways of thinking and key practices that will build resilience. You will learn to look at how you prepare for an uncertain future in ways that allow you to adapt and respond better than before and, most importantly, better than your competitors.

You can’t afford to miss learning about these proven, but underutilized, approaches to help you become the forward-looking leader required in today’s volatile and uncertain world.
