Book Discussion: "Gidget: Origins of a Teen Girl Transmedia Franchise"

In celebration of her new book Gidget: Origins of a Teen Girl Transmedia Franchise, join Professor Pamela Robertson Wojcik of the Film, Television, and Theatre Department for a discussion of the decades-long teen girl franchise. In conversation with Professor Wojcik will be Mary Celeste Kearney, Director of the Gender Studies Program and Associate Professor of Film, Television, and Theatre, and Kathy Kohner Zuckerman, the real-life inspiration for the famed character created by screenwriter Frederick Kohner.
