The Notre Dame International Security Center presents, “The Political Origins of Elite Support for War: How Democratic Leaders Manage Public Opinion,” a lecture by Professor Elizabeth Saunders of George Washington University.

NDISC explores the major scholarly and policy debates in the field of international security, broadly defined.
