Lecture: Spirits of Another Sort - Imagining Faeries in "A Midsummer Night’s Dream"

Think faeries are sweet and gentle? Think again! As part of the One Book, One Michiana program at the St. Joseph County Public Library renowned Notre Dame Shakespeare scholar, Jesse Lander, presents a lecture on Shakespeare and the supernatural. Professor Lander, Department Chair, English, is the author of many books and articles about Shakespeare’s works including A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the Problem of Belief.

This One Book, One Michiana event is co-sponsored by the Hesburgh Libraries, Shakespeare at Notre Dame, and the St. Joseph County Public Library.
