Can you explain your research in three minutes? Anthony Cunningham and Caroline Hornburg certainly can, in fact they just advanced to the finals in Notre Dame’s first 3MT® competition. The goal of the 3MT® competition is for Ph.D. students to cultivate the ability to explain their research, including breadth and significance, in a language appropriate to an audience containing both specialists and non-specialists—-all within three minutes!
Tony and Caroline locked down two of the three finalist spots that will represent the College of Arts and Letters in the “Battle of the Colleges”.
