The Africa Working Group at the welcome Lauren MacLean, Associate Professor of Political Science (Indiana University) will speak regarding "The Construction of Citizenship and the Public Provision of Electricity during the 2014 World Cup in Ghana”. She is an affiliate faculty member of IU’s Workshop of Political Theory and Policy Analysis, the African Studies Program, the Committee on Native American and Indigenous Studies, and the Center on Philanthropy.
