Workshop: "Is Backwards Better? Strategies for Flipped Language Classes"

The Center for the Study of Languages and Cultures (CSLC) and the Kaneb Center for Teaching and Learning are offering a lecture and workshop on the flipped language classroom.

Le Anne Spino and Daniel Trego from Michigan State University will offer a hands-on workshop, “Is backwards better? Strategies for flipped language classes,” on Friday, February 6. They will also give a presentation on Thursday, February 5, at 4:30 p.m. The presenters will focus on the application of the flipped classroom concept to language classes and will provide concrete examples and strategies for participants.
