The Graduate School presents “Elevator Pitch Essentials II: Practicing at a Cocktail Party.”
Come to a cocktail party to practice giving a focused description of your research in conversation at a social gathering. Participants will take the “elevator pitch” they developed on their own or in the Elevator Pitch Essentials Part 1 (on November 7) and practice giving the pitch to other students, faculty, and administrators from a wide range of disciplines.
The setting is a reception that the Graduate School hosts in support of this event. Business casual attire is requested.
