Conference: Contemporary Moral Theory and the Problem of Evil

The Department of Philosophy presents, “Contemporary Moral Theory and the Problem of Evil,” on March 21-22.

On Friday, March 21, John Hare, the Noah Porter Professor of Philosophical Theology at Yale University, will speak at 3 p.m. in the Eck Visitor Center Auditorium. A reception will immediately follow the lecture.

On Saturday, March 22, Laura Garcia, a scholar in residence in the department of philosophy at Boston College, will present at 10 a.m. in DeBartolo 131. Bruce Russell, professor of philosophy at Wayne State University, will present at 2 p.m. in DeBartolo 131.
