Debating Same-Sex Marriage

Location: Leighton Concert Hall, DeBartolo Performing Arts Center

The debate features Maggie Gallagher, nationally syndicated columnist and co-founder of the National Organization for Marriage, the pre-eminent national organization fighting to protect marriage as the union of husband and wife, and John Corvino, lecturer, gay-rights advocate, and head of the philosophy department at Wayne State University in Detroit.

Free tickets are available to students, faculty and staff of Notre Dame, St. Mary’s College and Holy Cross College at the DPAC box office through Oct. 12. Two ticket maximum with valid college ID. After Oct. 12, tickets are $10 and available to the general public.

Both speakers will be available to sign books following the debate.
