Come discuss ethical issues pertaining to scientific research, business, and journalism as raised in the major motion picture film The Insider. Desserts and drinks will be provided.
The Insider will be shown on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in LaFortune’s Montgomery Auditorium. Pizza, drinks, and popcorn will be provided. The Insider can be checked out and viewed at Hesburgh Library, as well.
About the Ethics Café
The Graduate School and Reilly Center for Science, Technology, and Values are teaming up to host the Ethics Café six times per academic year beginning fall 2012. Cafés seek to encourage conversation, debate, and interaction. The Ethics Café at Notre Dame will offer faculty and students a space to learn about ethical issues pertaining to responsible conduct of research, professional conduct, engagement with the public, and other worldly matters.
