Screening—Sherlock: A Study in Pink

-

Location: DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, Browning Cinema

This is part of Notre Dame’s partnership with “One Book, One Michiana,” St. Joseph County Public Library’s community-wide reading initiative that, this spring, will present a series of activities related to the book The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.

As part of this project, the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center will present a rare theatrical screening of the premiere episode of the cult hit BBC series, Sherlock. In “A Study in Pink,” Dr. John Watson, an Afghanistan war veteran, is enlisted by the unconventional detective Sherlock Holmes to help solve the mystery behind a string of suicides in present-day London.

Introduced by Jim Collins, professor in the Department of Film, Television, and Theatre

This is a free, but ticketed, event.
