All Italophones, Italophiles, and people with an appreciation for art and coffee are invited to a special Italian Coffee Hour at the Snite Museum of Art, where Tatiana Spragins ’12 (art history) will offer a brief overview of the Italian collection and the tours, conducted in Italian, that she is preparing for Italian courses of all levels during the second part of the semester.
Spragins, a Notre Dame undergraduate, spent the 2010–11 academic year studying abroad in Bologna, Italy. While in Bologna, she interned at the Museo Civico Davia Bargellini, where she prepared guided tours in English and Portuguese, and at the Museo d’Arte Moderna di Bologna, where she designed workshop activities for school-age children and their parents.
Come practice your Italian and learn about the current exhibits at the Snite.
