Faculty Panel Discussion: Promoting Your Discipline Through First-Year Teaching

Faculty teaching first-year students are invited to attend this faculty panel discussion featuring: * John Duffy, professor of English and the O’Malley Director of the University Writing Program * Christopher Kolda, associate professor of physics * Gretchen Reydams-Schils, chair of the Program of Liberal Studies and concurrent professor of philosophy and theology * Leo McWilliams, director of the Minority Engineering Program * Michael Lykoudis, Francis and Kathleen Rooney Dean of Architecture

The moderator will be Steve Brady, academic adviser, First Year of Studies. A continental breakfast will be served in McKenna Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. before the panel begins. The panel itself will take place in the McKenna Hall Auditorium from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
