Adam Gamoran, John D. MacArthur Professor of Sociology and Educational Policy Studies, director of the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Gamoran is an elected member of the National Academy of Education and was appointed by President Obama to serve as a member of the National Board for Education Sciences. He also serves on the National Research Council’s Board on Science Education, and he chairs the Independent Advisory Panel of the National Assessment of Career and Technical Education for the U.S. Department of Education.
