A psychotherapist develops an experimental new dream therapy. When a thief steals the dream device, the doctor bands together with her subconscious alterego, Paprika, to save the world. Satoshi Kon reached his widest audience with this film, including Christopher Nolan who cited Paprika ’s (2006) influence on the fantastic plot of Inception.
