“Pelada” refers to pickup soccer games played on the streets of Brazil. Luke Boughen (’05) and Gwendolyn Oxenham (G ’06), both Notre Dame alums and college soccer players who never made it to the pros, embark on an intercontinental journey to pursue their passion for the sport.
There will be two additional showings of this film: Friday, February 4, 2011, at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
