His books include Disability Studies and the Hebrew Bible (T & T Clark, 2006), This Abled Body: Rethinking Disabilities in Biblical Studies (co edited with Hector Avalos and Sarah Melcher; Society of Biblical Literature, 2007), and Parables and Conflict in the Hebrew Bible (Cambridge UP, 2009). Currently he is working on a book titled Disability and Isaiah’s Suffering Servant (Oxford UP, forthcoming).
