The University of Notre Dame Chorale and Chamber Orchestra present “Spring Concert,” featuring music from the Renaissance to the 20th century. Alexander Blachly, director, with Päivi Ekroth, piano, and the University of Notre Dame Chamber Orchestra.
Each semester the University of Notre Dame Chorale and Chamber Orchestra bring classics of the choral literature to campus in refreshingly skillful performances. In repertoire ranging from Renaissance motets to works written by living composers, the Chorale exhibits an impressive range of styles and a high level of artistry.
The Chorale has toured throughout the United States and has journeyed to Itlay, France, Germany, Austria, and New Zealand.
Performance length: 1 hour with no intermission
