Collaborating for Education and Research Forum III

Inviting local K-12 STEM* teachers, research faculty and parents (*Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

Hosted by the Notre Dame extended Research Community (NDeRC) and a wide variety of University partners.

This gathering is meant to acquaint area teachers, researchers and parents with the educational outreach and research opportunities available through Notre Dame and to hear from teachers, researchers, parents and other community members about the opportunities and challenges facing the local STEM community. A $100 professional development stipend will be paid to each K-12 STEM teacher who participates. Also schools will receive a $50 mini-grant for each parent who participates. (The mini-grants are to be used for new science expenditures – $250 per school maximum.)
