Jared Mrozinski

As students of the College of Arts & Letters, you are the future game-changers, innovators, creators, and leaders of the world. The best part about being a Notre Dame student is that you go beyond the education and strive for true formation. I have seen it firsthand as I have hired and worked with students from so many other top universities — and Notre Dame alumni have outperformed them all.

Beyond the Dome is here to help you understand the competitive advantages you have and how to tell your stories.

You don’t have to figure everything out right now. Career development is a lifelong journey. The important thing to remember is you are not alone. You have friends, family, professors, staff members, alums, and Beyond the Dome all ready to help you along the way.

Peers2Careers

Peers 2 Careers, a student-led initiative of Beyond the Dome, is a powerful driving force toward instilling a sense of community among all Arts & Letters majors. Each dorm has two peer career mentors to help with everything from resume writing and cover letter reviews to advice on interviewing and networking.
