Research Profile

Lugauer’s areas of expertise include macroeconomics, labor economics, econometrics, and forecasting. His current research interests include: the determinants of female labor force participation, the relationship between the skills of the labor force and GNP volatility, and the effects of frictions in the labor market on economic growth.
