Research Profile

Rick has been on the FTT faculty for the past 18 years. He teaches courses in Costume Design, Costume Construction, Costume History, Makeup for the Stage, Introduction to Theatre, and Broadway Theatre Experience. He has worked nationally as a costume designer, cutter, and costume shop manager at many university and regional theatres. Rick has conducted research into English Fashions during the Regency as well as Japanese Theatre conventions in Kabuki, Noh, and Bunraku.
