Research Profile
Clauss’ main area of specialties are rhetoric, composition, and argumentationtheory. He is the author of I Claim: Visualizing Argument and recently
presented “Prolepsis: Dealing with Multiple Viewpoints in Argument” at the
Ontario Society for the Study of Argument’s biennial meeting. Clauss teaches in
the University Writing Program.
