Research Profile
Dr. Diehl’s research involves understanding the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders. One line of research is the role of language and communication in autism. A second interest is in potential compensatory visual strengths for children with language and reading difficulties. Dr. Diehl’s work is interdisciplinary, and is published in top journals in several fields, including Cognition, Abnormal Child Psychology, Applied Psycholinguistics, International Journal of Speech Language Pathology, and Language Speech and Hearing Services in schools.Contact Information
