Research Profile
Collett’s current research examines how various types of exchange, and levels of neutral third party intervention in exchange processes (forthcoming in Advances in Group Processes), affect solidarity (American Journal of Sociology 2007, with Molm and Schaefer) and conflict between exchange partners (Social Forces 2006, with Molm and Schaefer) and disputants' predictions for positive future interactions.
