Research Profile
From January 1972 until June 1980, he taught as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Theology, University of Notre Dame. From August 1980 until May 1995, he taught in the Department of Theology with the rank of Adjunct Assistant Professor, then as Associate Professional Specialist, and Professional Specialist. From July 1995 until July 1999, he served as Vice President for Student Affairs at King's College, a liberal arts institution of higher education in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, founded and sponsored by the Holy Cross Fathers. Since January 2000, he has been teaching at the University of Notre Dame as Professional Specialist in the Department of Theology. Rev. Gorski was given a Special Presidential Award in June 1995. For many years he served as Rector of Howard Hall and then St. Edward's Hall. In June 1980, the University accorded him the John "Pop" Farley Award for distinguished work as Rector.
