Al Diploma Ceremony

Arts and Letters students and their families are invited to attend the College of Arts and Letters’ 2018 Diploma Ceremony on Sunday, May 20.

Be sure to carefully review the student procession instructions and ceremony details prior to the event.

The conferral of degrees will take place during the University Commencement Ceremony exercises Sunday morning, but students will receive their diplomas during the College of Arts and Letters Diploma Ceremony.

Dean John T. McGreevy, I.A. O’Shaughnessy Dean of the College of Arts and Letters, will preside over the ceremony.

Pick up cards for diploma ceremony at Gate 10 Purcell Pavilion

Faculty line up in full academic regalia at Gate 8 of the Purcell Pavilion

1:20 p.m.
Faculty process into the Purcell Pavilion

1:30 p.m.
Students process to Purcell Pavilion

2:00 p.m.
Arts and Letters Diploma Ceremony begins

4:00 p.m.
Ceremony concludes
