Description:

The Department of Romance Languages and Literatures provides students with the opportunity to gain proficiency in French, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish while exposing them to new cultures, literatures, and experiences.

Studying a Romance language gives students an advantage when competing for opportunities in business, law, medicine, government, education, journalism, social service, and the arts.
