Description:
The Department of Music offers courses of study in music history and theory as well as performance. Students of music learn to appreciate varieties of musical beauty; to interpret and communicate in an abstract, non-verbal language; and to explore mind-body connections.
Students of music enter graduate programs, and pursue careers as conductors, teachers, and in arts management.
