Theology
Departmental Homepage:
Description:
The Department of Theology dedicates itself to critical reflection on the historic faith of Catholic Christianity in service to its students, the Church, the academic world, and the general public. It invites its students to examine the richness of the Catholic tradition as a whole and experience how its diverse voices still yield a continuum of thought.
Graduates of the theology program are prepared for graduate study in theology or related disciplines. Some students pursue careers in lay or ordained ministry. Others go on to work in education, business, law, or a variety of other professional fields.
